I’ve been teaching yoga since 2003 and am a qualified homeopath, Thai Yoga Bodyworker. I am currently completing my studies in the Feldenkrais method. Learning is central to my well-being, and exploring somatic movement is crucial to my personal development. This informs and guides my teaching and practice, which I impart to my students empowering them to better connect to themselves and grow healthier and stronger in mind, body and spirit.

Thai Yoga Bodywork's origins rest in the yoga tradition often referred to as 'lazy yoga'. Enjoy the benefits of yoga with none of the effort! A 2-hour bodywork session of manipulation chases away tension, resets the nervous system and the immune system and feeds the soul.

Homeopathy is a natural, gentle deep method of healing that works on all levels. The gentle effects of the remedies work to support and energise the immune system, shift old patterns and open up new understanding that unburdens unhealthy habits.
